- Experienced facilitator establishes dynamic agenda development, rules of engagement, process design & implementation along with meeting materials
- Expert and innovative teambuilding activities
- All essential information and agreements are captured in a recap report during the retreat/meeting
- Post retreat/meeting briefing with key principal(s) to review overall results and discuss next steps
- Coordination with retreat/meeting location to provide a turn-key experience (meeting space, meals, accommodations) if needed
